St. Clare Province Imphal was looking for a land for the Novitiate House for a long time. At this juncture Rev. Fr. Kurian MSFS at Metzhiphema helped to get a land near the MSFS Parish which was owned by Methoo Angami a member of the locality. The writings of the land was done on 10.6.2010 in the presence of Rev. Mother Aloshia , the then Provincial and Rev. Fr. Kurian MSFS.From then the two of our sisters started to stay  at the parish presbytery . The construction of the boundary wall began on 28.12.2011.Two of our sisters' start staying in the parish to see the work. A small house was built and inaugurated for the stay of the sisters on 12.9. 2012. Sr. Lilly Therese and Sr. Pauline started staying there from then on.
